Invoice terms

I agree to pay this order in full or set up agreed upon payments stated by my salesperson.

Payment plan

My salesperson has made me aware that payment options are available to me.

I know that Playtime Playground Equipment LLC main office will set up a payment plan. Once a payment plan is set up a payment schedule will be mailed to me.

I agree and understand that if payments are not received by Playtime Playground Equipment, on or before the agreed due date, a 1.5% late fee will be added for each month late. All equipment listed in this order remains the property of Playtime Playground Equipment and is subject to being repossessed until total balance including any late charges are paid in full.

Warranty

There is a two year warranty on moving parts and a lifetime warranty on workmanship (welds or manufacturer’s defects). We require pictures of equipment to determine warranty. Shipping will be charged on lifetime warranty replacements.

Lifetime: Limited lifetime warranty on all welds and construction.
Two Year: Limited two-year warranty on all moving parts.
Warranty Excludes: Warranty excludes abuse, vandalism, paint or powder finish, decals and improper installation.
Warranty does not include any cosmetic issues including scratches, dents, fading of colors, discoloration of wood, paint, or plastic.
