Are your products warranted?
Playtime Playground Equipment warrants its products moving parts for a period limited to two years against any defects in workmanship. We also have a limited lifetime warranty on all welds. General preventative and scheduled maintenance is suggested to protect your playground equipment. Checking for cosmetic appearance, wear and tear and any potential hazards are recommended. Warranty does not include the following: abuse, vandalism, cosmetic issues such as fading of colors, scratches and paint chipping and discoloration of composite wood or plastics. Can I request custom colors?
Yes – you can request an item be painted in any of the following colors: Lime Green, Forest Green, Red, Blue, Orange, Yellow. There is an additional two week waiting period for custom orders. Please call the office at 256-784-9400 for more information.
Where can you ship?
Anywhere in the United States. Shipments from our warehouse are generally made via an LTL carrier and the cost is dependent on the product ordered. We also have trucks on regular delivery runs across the United States.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Checks, American Express, Visa, and Mastercard. We also have in-house financing available if a salesman is at your location. Our in-house financing program requires 50% down. The balance is financed for 90 days which is to be paid in 3, 6, 9 or 12 equal monthly installments, with a 10% finance fee. Any past due monthly balance that exceeds the 30 days will incur a 1.5% finance charge.
How tough is it to install the equipment?
It’s not tough! Nearly all of our individual pieces can be easily installed right off the truck. Most units come fully assembled. Your equipment will come with easy to follow assembly directions.
