Playtime Playground Equipment is a company based in Falkville, AL that sells playground equipment to businesses and people in the United States.

Items shipped by us aren’t always shipped with the same LTL carrier. When you place your order, we manually choose which company will ship your playground equipment to you based on where you are in the United States.

When Will I Receive My Order?

We ship every order within 3 business days. Depending on where you live in the United States, it will take from a few days up to a week to receive your items. If your item is small, it will arrive much faster than if the item is large.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

The cost of shipping varies based on which product or products you purchase from us. We typically charge however much larger items cost to ship multiplied by the quantity of those items. For smaller items, we have hand-calculated the cost it takes to ship one and have taken into consideration whether others will fit in the same box or not. If it will, we won’t charge you more.

When you place the items you want to purchase in the cart, and click on the cart it will show you how much the shipping cost will be. Be aware that you may have to enter your zip code before you get a shipping amount.

What Company Do You Use To Ship My Items?

We ship via Truckload called LTL loads. We ship using many different trucking companies such as SouthEastern, R&L Trucking, Volunteer and many more, depending on where in the country you are located.

What Do I Do If I Am Unsure That I Will Get The Best Shipping Rate When Ordering Multiple Items?

What Happens If I Need To Return The Item I Purchased?

Please notify us by calling us at 866-784-9400 and ask for Melissa. You will be required to ship the items back to us, and you are responsible for those shipping costs. [Melissa, Explain Some Here About How Long They Have, and Whether There Is A Restocking Fee/Exchange] The customer must notify the office within 5 days business days of receiving the item. If there is damaged this must be stated or if there is a change of mind this must also be stated. To return the item for change of mind the item must be unused. The item must be packaged and shipped back to be received to us within 30 days of purchase. If the item is damaged we will work as hard as we can to make sure the appropriate measures are taken to make the customer happy. There is a $100.00 restocking fee on all items expect for replacement parts.
